Bumblebee
Bumblebees make me think of sunny days full of flowers. I love seeing them zipping between the blooms. Working to a miniature scale allowed me to appreciate how cute and hard-working they are.

Red Deer
With large, branching antlers, the majestic male red deer is the royalty of the woods. In the autumn the roars of rutting stags echo across the misty hills and mountains.
It was interesting to take the UK’s largest land mammal and reduce the scale to a tiny miniature painting.
